Por La Paz is the string ensemble of Great Family Artists, the boutique live-entertainment company building events across New York, Colorado, Miami, and destination markets since 2016. It is the sound of the quiet, important parts of your day — the processional, the cocktail hour, the moment before the party begins.

Where a full band brings the celebration, Por La Paz brings the atmosphere. Strings carry a room without overwhelming it, which is why couples reach for the ensemble during the moments that ask for elegance rather than volume.

Por La Paz works in two registers: classical strings and contemporary pop arranged for strings. The result is familiar songs your guests recognize, reimagined with the warmth and polish of a live string section.

Many couples book the trio or quartet for the ceremony and cocktail hour, then hand the night over to a full Great Family band for the reception — one company, one coordinated entertainment plan, no gaps between moments.
